We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support project management activities, primarily for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and FRMS (Fraud Risk Management Software) implementations and assist with onboarding and management of other projects undertaken by the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project activities between Shikha Tech, its partners, and clients.
• Support AML and FRMS software implementations, including planning and monitoring.
• Keep track of the project progress and also communicate key details and milestones with the various stakeholders involved.
• Assist with onboarding and managing other company projects.
• Schedule meetings and attend demonstrations.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Escalate any issues that may arise to the concerned parties promptly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s running with major in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and age not exceeding 25 years (Preference will be given to bachelors completed).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of AML/KYC.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries will be a plus.
• Familiarity with banking processes and financial software shall be preferred.
• Must have 2 wheelers with license.
