We encourage you to experiment. Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement: Conduct persuasive calls and emails, build strong client relationships. 2. Tender Pursuit: Strategically chase tenders, analyse requirements, ensure timely proposals. 3. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research for business expansion and provide insights. 4. CRM Management: Implement and maintain CRM systems for effective customer relationship management. 5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients, collaborate with legal and finance teams. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities. 2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 3. Self-motivated and disciplined. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. Quick learner with a proactive attitude. Work Schedule: 1. Sundays are always off. 2. Enjoy an additional off day on the last Saturday of each month. 3. This is a remote position requiring 9 working hours per day, 6 days a week. Hours will be trackable through software to ensure accountability and transparency.
