Ticket Issuance: Handle the issuance, re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations of both international and domestic flight tickets as per customer requests.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including travel bookings, itineraries, and ticket-related concerns, ensuring professional and timely assistance.
Outbound Travel Support: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to arrange outbound travel packages and confirm bookings.

Administrative Support: Manage customer profiles, invoicing, and ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible.
Service Delivery: Provide top-quality service to all clients, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticket sales, service delivery, and customer feedback for internal review.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1-3 years minimum in a similar role.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C1) and fluency in the Dhivehi language (preferably)
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
