JOB DESCRIPTION
  We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain staff records, assist with marketing activities, and uphold office discipline.
  1. HR and Staff Management:
  Maintain and update employee leave and attendance records.
  Keep track of office staff going out for field support or external tasks.
  Manage lunch hour schedules and ensure proper coordination.
  2. Office Records and Bookkeeping:
  Maintain accurate records of office expenses, including party budgets and other events.
  Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and updating financial records.
  Assisting with basic accounting tasks as needed.

  3. Proposals, Quotations, and Contracts:
  Assist the marketing team by preparing and sending proposals and quotations to clients via email.
  Regular follow up for annual renewal charge and other remaining payment.
  O Help organize marketing materials and ensure timely communication with clients.
  4. Payment Collection:
  O Sometime visiting clients to collect payments.
  Ensuring timely and accurate payment reconciliation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in HR management and office administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic bookkeeping tools.
