Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable hotels, transportation modes, and accommodation options.
Respond to client queries promptly and calculate total travel costs, offering alternatives for fully booked options.
Maintain and manage all bookings, ensuring services are confirmed, payments collected on time, and details are accurate before guest arrivals.
Address travel-related issues, resolve complaints efficiently, and provide updates to supervisors as needed.
Provide 24/7 client support via corporate email and phone.
Work within the reservation system to monitor deadlines, enter and maintain data accurately, and issue “proforma invoices.”
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Update clients and partners on special offers, news, and hotel services.
Analyze market and partner activity, recommend improvements, and work on market expansion strategies.
Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and communication through various channels to maintain and grow client and partner relationships.
Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on sales and operational performance.
Participate in team and client meetings, including webinars and marketing initiatives.
Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Cooperate with hotels’ reservations and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and address underperforming partners and resorts with strategic recommendations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, reservations, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related field.
Strong attention to detail and high-level accuracy in calculations and bookings.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in client and financial dealings.
