.Coordinate and schedule promotional events.
Maintain database of guests and track their preferences.
Communicate with players via phone, in-person, and email to promote services and events.
Increase guest visitation and personalize offers based on preferences.
Organize all aspects of guest visits (accommodations, dining, rewards).
Plan and host onsite/offsite events for premium guests.
Analyze marketing data and develop strategies to maximize casino revenue.
Assist with the creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in English and Hindi.
Minimum age: 19-28 years.
Height: 5'2" to 5.7".
Physically fit with a spotless skin complexion (preferred).
No history of mental illness or serious diseases.
Prior experience preferred.
