Job Description Social Media Marketing: Utilize Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp for product promotion and engaging potential customers. Customer Relationship Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns. Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
