Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services. Prospect and engage with new clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. Partnership Development: Identify potential strategic partners, distributors, or collaborators globally to enhance the company's market presence. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to drive mutual growth and achieve business objectives. Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Track sales performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize profitability. Marketing and Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials that effectively promote the company's products or services in global markets. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and business strategy decisions. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market trends.
