We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Ticketing Officer to join our travel agency. The ideal candidate will manage travel bookings, issue tickets, and ensure excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Additional certifications in travel and tourism are a plus.
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is mandatory.
Prior experience in a ticketing or customer service role within the travel industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
