JOB DESCRIPTION

  Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Handler, Content Creator to manage our social media presence and generate engaging, high-quality content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating social media content, managing daily social media activities, and driving brand awareness through innovative campaigns.
  Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, snapchat, Tiktok etc.). Create and schedule posts, stories, and ads to increase engagement and grow followers. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, follower growth, etc.) and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize performance. Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure a strong online presence.
  Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics for social media channels, blog posts, and websites. Collaborate with the design and video production teams to create visually appealing graphics and video content. Write clear and compelling captions, articles, and promotional materials that align with the brand’s voice and messaging. Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms.
  Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that align with marketing goals and objectives. Support paid advertising efforts with the creation of compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with influencers, industry leaders, and other brands to increase visibility
  Analytics & Reporting: Analyze and report on content performance, making data-driven decisions to improve future posts and campaigns. Provide insights into customer preferences and trends through social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, snapchat, Tiktok etc.).
Experience with Social Media management tools like Hootsuite etc.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to adapt to different tones and audiences.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing tools.
Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
