  Teaching Science Subjects: Deliver engaging lessons in various science disciplines (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science) to students in grades 7–10. Curriculum Development: Design and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessments aligned with national or regional science standards. Hands-on Learning: Incorporate laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and field trips to enhance understanding of scientific concepts. Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, lab reports, and class participation. Provide feedback to promote student growth. Classroom Management: Foster a safe, structured, and interactive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and student collaboration. Student Support: Offer extra assistance to students struggling with scientific concepts or lab work. Provide guidance for homework, assignments, and exam preparation. Professional Development: Participate in professional growth opportunities to stay current with advancements in science education, technology, and pedagogy.Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and achievements. Educational Qualifications: A master’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field. A teaching certification or credential in secondary education is preferred. Subject Expertise: In-depth knowledge of one or more science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science).Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching science at the secondary school level is highly desirable. Classroom Management Skills: Ability to manage a dynamic classroom environment, maintaining discipline while promoting active learning. Laboratory Skills: Proficiency in conducting and supervising science experiments and ensuring safety in the lab. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities for explaining complex concepts to students, as well as communicating with parents and colleagues.
