JOB DESCRIPTION
  Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with school administrators, educators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and promote our offerings. Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products and services. Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and terms. Market Research: Stay updated with trends in the education sector, gather feedback from schools, and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM or Office tools. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to school/college post-sale, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Travel: Candidate should have own two-wheelers with valid driving license and visit institution (school/college) for marketing and sales of our product and services. Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site presentations at schools. Working Hours: Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed, depending on client availability. Sales Targets: Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the Sales Manager. Reporting: Required to submit regular sales activity reports, client feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the education sector or a similar industry.
