  The Residency-in-charge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school's boarding facilities, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of resident students. This role involves managing the residence staff, fostering a supportive living environment, addressing student needs, and ensuring that the residence adheres to school policies and regulations.

Supervise and manage the overall operation of the boarding facility. Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of students. Manage residence staff and coordinate their duties. Implement safety, health, and security measures for residents. Foster a positive, supportive, and disciplined living environment. Address and resolve student and parent concerns related to residency. Organize residential programs and activities for the students’ holistic development. Ensure adherence to school policies and residence regulations. Report regularly to school administration on residency matters.
