Full time on-site property manager and customer care professional will maintain a 3 unit residential property. The property has common terrace and patio areas where guests are catered. It has 5 bathrooms, kitchens and laundry facility.
The person hired will be responsible for overall security, maintenance, hygiene, laundry, cafeteria and kitchens.
She will cater to the needs of guests and ensure all the amenities function as expected. We will provide basic training, uniforms and dress codes.
You must be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
You will work with one other assistance and manage their daily activities such that the tasks are completed in time.
You will also manage the garden maintenance by working with part-time gardeners.
Acomodation and meals will be provided.
