  We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Dispatcher to manage order intake during night hours, oversee product dispatch, and ensure smooth coordination among dispatch teams. The ideal candidate should be able to handle late-night communication, maintain accurate dispatch records, and work collaboratively with logistics and production units to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Must be available and willing to work during night hours. Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or coordination roles is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills, especially over phone and digital messaging. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail. Basic understanding of dispatch planning and order tracking systems. Capability to coordinate with drivers, production, and warehouse teams efficiently. Skilled in maintaining clear and organized dispatch and order records. Proficient in using mobile apps or software for order management (training can be provided). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure. High level of reliability, responsibility, and independence during solo night shifts. Basic reporting skills – ability to summarize nightly operations to the day team. Familiarity with the company’s products and dispatch protocols (will be trained). Physically and mentally prepared to handle night shift routines and urgent dispatch needs.
