JOB DESCRIPTION
  Scope of work: Biocomp is seeking a qualified Marketing and Sales Manager who can oversee the marketing strategy, brand management, and sales of recycling products (boards) produced from Biocomp’s facility. The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys sales with 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, excellent conversational skills, and a good network in the construction and furniture industry. This role is critical to ensuring that the products are sold in the market with smooth cash collection for the overall sustainability and growth of the company.
  Objective of this role: Development of market-relevant marketing and sales strategy and its execution with the support of the team for the regular sales of products and smooth cash collection for the overall sustainability and growth of the company.
  Key Responsibilities
  Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research to identify the market’s opinion on our products, business opportunities, and customer needs for sales of the product
  Develop Marketing, Branding, and Sales Strategy: Based on the market research and the company’s vision, develop solid marketing, branding, and sales strategies for short to long-term with achievable sales targets and milestones
  Brand Building: Led the team to build the brand of ‘Reclaim’ from scratch with an impactful storyline, collaborate with the designer to develop effective promotion materials, ensure consistent brand messaging & organize creative marketing campaigns
  Generate Sales Lead: Explore markets, search sales opportunities, build strong relationships with prospective clients within and outside Kathmandu Valley, and generate sales leads
  Lead Sales Team & Achieve Sales Target: Lead the sales team, implement effective sales strategies, follow up on sales leads, and achieve the company’s sales targets
  Monitoring Cashflow and Credit: Monitor sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement based on allocated areas. Monitor the credits in the market and ensure smooth cash collection from the market
  Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities to management and collect feedback from the market regarding the effectiveness of marketing efforts

JOB REQUIREMENTS
University graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
5 years of experience in the sales and marketing field
Have a proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving targets.
Strong understanding of marketing & sales principles and customer service practices
Adaptive to changing market conditions and ability to multitask and manage the team effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation, communication, sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Experience working in the plywood, boards, furniture, or construction industry or recycled products is a benefit
Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and Nepali
Driving Licence. (Preferred if the candidate has their own vehicle)
