JOB DESCRIPTION
  Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and qualified Japanese Language Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach Japanese language and culture to students of varying levels and backgrounds. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively design and implement curriculum, facilitate engaging lessons, and foster a positive and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Teach Japanese Language: Deliver engaging lessons in spoken and written Japanese to students ranging from beginners to advanced learners. Curriculum Development: Design and update curriculum materials and lesson plans to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Assess Student Progress: Evaluate students' performance through regular assessments, quizzes, assignments, and exams, providing constructive feedback to help students improve. Create a Positive Learning Environment: Foster a supportive, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and communication. Cultural Integration: Incorporate aspects of Japanese culture, traditions, and customs into lessons to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of the language. Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior, ensuring a focused and productive learning environment. Student Support: Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with the language. Professional Development: Continuously seek professional growth by attending workshops, seminars, and other training opportunities. Administrative Duties: Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Prior teaching experience, particularly in language instruction, is preferred. Experience teaching Japanese as a second language is an advantage.
