Cook a variety of Indian curries and accompaniments with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.
Develop and innovate Indian dishes.
Oversee the curry section, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure quality control.
Manage the stock of Indian-specific ingredients and assist with ordering.
Occasionally interact with guests to ensure satisfaction with Indian cuisine.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years' experience of work in Indian cuisine. Casino kitchen experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety.
