Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage hiring processes, conduct interviews, onboard new employees, and update job descriptions.
Employee Relations & Engagement – Address employee concerns, promote a positive workplace culture, and organize engagement activities.
HR Compliance & Policies – Ensure adherence to labor laws, update HR policies, and maintain employee records.
Performance Management & Development – Assist in performance appraisals, employee development, and training programs.
Payroll & Benefits Processing – Process payroll, manage attendance and leave records, and oversee employee benefits.
Budgeting & Forecasting – Support HR budgeting and workforce planning.
HR Analytics & Workforce Planning – Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for improving retention and productivity.
Employee Offboarding – Handle exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and process final settlements.
Record Keeping & Documentation – Maintain accurate employee records and a talent pool for future hiring.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration – Work with department heads to support HR and operational tasks.
Petty Cash Management – Handle general petty cash transactions, maintain expense records, and ensure proper documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s running/ completed
0-1 year of experience in HR field (freshers are encouraged to apply) .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
