  Teaching Core Subjects: Deliver lessons in subjects such as English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Arts to students in grades 1–3, following the school’s curriculum.

  Lesson Planning and Instruction: Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles.

  Classroom Management: Create a positive, organized, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student engagement, respect, and cooperation.

  Assessment and Evaluation: Monitor and assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, projects, and informal observations. Provide regular feedback and individualized support.

  Student Development: Foster the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Support their growth in problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

  Communication with Parents: Regularly update parents or guardians on student progress, behavior, and needs through conferences, reports, and informal communications.

  Collaboration: Work with fellow teachers, school administrators, and support staff to plan interdisciplinary lessons, share resources, and address student needs.

  Classroom Activities and Projects: Organize and lead class projects, field trips, and extracurricular activities to enhance learning and student engagement.

  Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and conferences to stay current with teaching methods, educational trends, and child development practices.

  Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other administrative requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification for primary education. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use technology and digital tools to enhance classroom learning.
