Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings.
Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in front-desk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
Prior experience in an audit/accounting firm is a plus.
