Customer Service: Greet visitors, clients, and partners with a friendly and professional attitude.
Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries efficiently.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, client appointments, and follow-ups.
Administrative Support: Assist with document handling, data entry, and filing.
Tour & Visa Assistance: Provide basic information on travel packages, ticketing, and visa processes.
Office Coordination: Ensure front desk and reception areas are well-maintained and organized.
Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs, inquiries, and client information for follow-up.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and WhatsApp Business.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
