  We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Structural Draftsperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and precise technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into detailed construction documents.

  As a Structural Draftsperson at RGP Engineering Solutions Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in the creation of detailed drawings and plans using CAD software. Working closely with our team of engineers and architects, you'll collaborate to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring that designs meet specifications and calculations provided. Your responsibilities will extend to preparing structural drawings across a range of projects, from residential buildings to commercial complexes, bridges, and industrial structures, all while maintaining precision and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you'll be responsible for reviewing and revising drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders, and coordinating with fellow draftspersons and team members to uphold consistency and quality in drawing standards. Moreover, you'll assist in the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and other project documentation, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our projects.

- Bachelor or Diploma degree or certification in Civil Engineering, or related field equivalent.

- Proven experience as a draftsperson, preferably in a structural engineering firm.

- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to structural drafting is a plus.

- Knowledge of structural design software like ETABS is extra advantage.
