JOB DESCRIPTION
  We are looking for an efficient and solution-focused credit associate to assist Australian mortgage brokers to take in charge of mortgage applications from end to end. You’ll be responsible for completing the assessment based on the client’s financial circumstances, needs, and requirements, providing lender’s recommendations, affirming compliance with lending regulations, accurately uploading clients’ information to lender’s CRM, organising all necessary supporting documents, and liaising with all relevant parties until the loan settles.   Work hours 6:00am – 2:00pm. Salary NPR55,000 + Social Security Fund (SSF). 5 working days, Monday to Friday. Breakfast and lunch provided.
  Work experience and skills • 1 year Australian mortgage industry experience is a must • Experience in the use of various Aggregators’ CRM i.e. Mercury (M5 & Nexus), Infinity, Podium, Flex, MyCRM, Salestrekker and ApplyOnline • Highly analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude • Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and dynamic team environment • Outstanding communication and customer service skills • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy • Strong time management skills & proficient at multitasking • A fast learner and a desire to continuous development
  Responsibilities and Duties • Document verification; • Lender policy research and recommendation; • Borrowing capacity calculations; • Funding position preparation; • Living expenses analysing; • Packaging applications; • Communication with lenders, BDMs, brokers and customers (if agreed by the brokers); • Data entry and lodgement including CRM data entry and lender Apply Online data entry and uploading supporting documents • Ordering valuations/pricing • Preparation of FHOG form and Discharge Form (if required) • File management and follow ups until settlement • Ad-hoc duty when required
