Production Management: Oversee daily donut production to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Recipe Development: Create new and innovative donut flavors, fillings, and toppings to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
Staff Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards and a positive work environment.
Quality Control: Ensure all donuts meet company standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
Inventory & Cost Control: Manage ingredient inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to maintain cost efficiency.
Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to develop seasonal menus, promotional products, and production strategies.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Head Chef, Pastry Chef, or Bakery Manager in a high-volume production environment.
Expertise in donut-making techniques, including frying, glazing, and decorating.
Creativity and innovation in flavor development.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
