JOB DESCRIPTION
  We are looking for a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and monitoring social media platforms to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
  Receive orders via phone and social media, accurately recording details, and communicating them to the kitchen team.
  Coordinate with the kitchen for order status updates and communicate with customers on estimated delivery times.
  Manage and monitor TCK's social media pages for order intake, customer inquiries, and feedback.
  Provide accurate information about offers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English and Nepali.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and customer concerns.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Handle multiple orders and inquiries efficiently.
