Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers efficiently and professionally.
Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, policies, and account details.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
Provide accurate and relevant information to customers to resolve concerns.
Accurately record and update customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (including confidentiality, security, and data protection).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum +2 pass with 50% marks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
AbIlity to remain calm and professional during challenging conversations.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
