JOB DESCRIPTION
  Responsibilities: The administration and Program Coordinator service includes but are not limited to the following: 1. The Program Coordinator is expected to:   Ensure quality assurance and advocacy across all initiatives.   Establish effective monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems.   Research and prioritize community needs in underprivileged regions.   Plan, execute, and evaluate impactful projects addressing identified issues.   Collaborate with local authorities, NGOs, and community leaders.   Lead and implement foundation programs, focusing 80% on Karnali Province and 20% nationwide.  Provide weekly updates to the Nepal Management Team and annual impact reports to global management.  Conduct monthly/quarterly visits to the Kathmandu office to align with the head office team. 2. The Program Administrator is expected to:   Act as the sole liaison and logistical support for all foundation programs in Nepal.   Ensure financial accountability by tracking progress and managing budgets in coordination with the finance team.   Collect and analyze project progress data, ensuring alignment with the Annual Plan.   Submit monthly reports, including expenses vs. activity delivery. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Management, Economics, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.  Minimum 4 years’ experience in community development or related field, with proven ability to work independently.  Proficient in Nepali and English (verbal, written, typing).  Strong project management and organizational skills.  Expertise in MS Office, IT support, data management, and reporting.  Self-motivated, adaptable, and accountable.  Ability to represent the foundation as the sole representative in Nepal.  Strong decision-making skills with alignment to organizational goals.  Problem-solving and self-starter abilities in facing challenges.
