Checking bank balances and reconciliations.
Preparing bank payments and petty cash payments.
Record-keeping.
Coordinating with resorts and hotels for payments.
Coordinating with relevant authorities to maintain communication and essential services.
Coordinating with agents and operators on finance-related matters.
Coordinating with reservation staff on finance-related matters.
Monitoring and coordinating General Ledger-related work.
Monitoring and coordinating renovation work and payment arrangements.
Following up on rent (future) and electricity and water bill settlement.
Periodical follow-up on apartments rented to ensure proper maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Prior experience working in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with international payment systems and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in calculations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Commitment to confidentiality and ethical behavior in handling financial matters.
