**Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the tech industry - Proven experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring individuals - Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development methodologies, and relevant tools and technologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for education and a commitment to student success - Ability to adapt to different learning styles and skill levels
